This week is intended to be a bit of “Active Recovery” on the WaterWOD. In the true spirit of CrossFit founder Greg Glassman’s words, we want you to get out there and, “Learn and Play New Sports!” We hope those of you following the WaterWOD are near a large body of water, because this week we are going for a Stand Up Paddle (SUP). Stand Up Paddling is a great way to practice balance, coordination and agility, while at the same time relaxing a bit and enjoying the open water. If you live in the area of Santa Cruz, CA., meet up with the CrossFit Amundson crew on May 31, 2012, at 1:00 PM at the Kayak Connection on Lake Avenue in Santa Cruz (Near the Santa Cruz Harbor) for a chance to rent a SUP Board and have some fun!
